How to Recharge

The VinFast Feliz Lite at Hoi An eBike comes with 2 batteries included as standard, giving you one of the longest real-world ranges available for an electric bike rental in Hoi An - approximately 180 km for 1 Western adult rider or around 120 km for 2 Western adult riders.

If you rent for multiple days or plan longer rides, you can choose from the following recharging options:

Recharge at your hotel
You may recharge the bike at your hotel if your accommodation allows charging and has a suitable power outlet. We provide the charger free of charge upon request.
Hoi An eBike pickup & recharge service - 80,000 VND/bike (2 batteries)
We can pick up your bike for charging and return it before you need it again - usually pickup in the evening and return early the next morning.
Battery swap service
One battery is portable and can be swapped easily. The second battery is fixed inside the bike and must be recharged directly on the scooter.
